Do not use RO/Filter water as it stops the steam generation process. Always Use Normal Water from the Tap, also put pinch of salt in case of low or No Steam. Recommended to wash the Vaporizer container with lukewarm water to avoid plastic smell during initial use.

• If steam is not generated then here is the solution: STEP 1- Please fill the water to the Maximum level and then try. If Step 1 fails then go for below Step 2 STEP 2 – You need to add only one pinch of salt using your fingers to the water which is filled till max level and then try as water from the corporation is sweet water
